December 2024 –ILEAD Sangat and the I Can I Will Foundation successfully hosted the ‘Manifestation’ workshop, an inspiring event focused on helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals through mindset shifts and manifestation techniques. The workshop gathered entrepreneurs, professionals, and thought leaders to share strategies for personal and professional growth. The key message was clear—anyone can turn dreams into reality with the right mindset and determination. One Day Workshop of Manifestation to set goals -2025 organised Kalrav Farms – Chikoowadi ,Kalol.

Key speakers included Shyam Taneja and Neeru Gupta, who shared impactful tips on growth and leadership. Shyam Taneja emphasized resilience, learning from failure, and adapting to change. Neeru Gupta focused on emotional intelligence, decision-making, and personal well-being as drivers of success.

Participants learned practical ways to align goals with their vision. Key lessons included setting clear and measurable goals, building a positive mindset focused on growth, using visualization and affirmations to stay motivated, breaking down big goals into smaller, manageable steps, and staying resilient while taking consistent actions.

One entrepreneur shared how attending a previous ILEAD Sangat workshop helped grow their business. By applying visualization techniques and setting clear intentions, they expanded their client base and entered new markets. This example highlighted how the strategies taught at the workshop deliver real results.

The event welcomed over 107 attendees and received excellent feedback. Participants praised the interactive format, practical tools, and supportive environment. Many felt inspired and equipped to start working on their goals immediately.

Looking ahead, ILEAD Sangat and the I Can I Will Foundation plan to offer more workshops, mentorship programs, and community events focused on leadership and growth. New initiatives will also focus on empowering underserved communities through education and resources.
