On 3rd August 2026, ARK Events presented a memorable musical evening, “Melodies Eternal,” at Rydham 2, celebrating the birth anniversary of the legendary playback singer Kishore Kumar.
The highlight of the evening was the soulful performance by Dr. Mitali Nag, an internationally acclaimed versatile singer, who captivated the audience with her melodious renditions of several timeless classics. One of the most appreciated performances of the evening was her beautiful rendition of “Rimjhim Gire Sawan,” the iconic tandem version made immortal by Kishore Kumar.

Joining her on stage was renowned versatile singer Bhushan Avasthi, and together they recreated the magic of Kishore Kumar through an enchanting selection of solos, duets, and rare tandem songs. Their performances of evergreen duets such as “Karvatein Badalte Rahe,” “Yeh Raatein Yeh Mausam,” and “Agar Tum Na Hote,” among many others, received thunderous applause and nostalgic appreciation from the audience.
Renowned educationist and founder member of Heritage Tourism Association of Gujarat Shri Punja Bapu Wala attnded the event as the special guest.The evening was gracefully hosted by Yogesh Bhatt.
