Ahmedabad, November 2025: A special free study seminar was organised at the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) for students interested in pursuing affordable and high-quality higher education in Europe, particularly in the Czech Republic. The objective of the seminar was to create awareness among students and parents about the accessible opportunities available in Europe, the scope for career development, and the advantages of international exposure. Representatives from European institutions attended the event and offered direct guidance on admission procedures, course selection, campus life, accommodation, and long-term career prospects.
The seminar featured insights from Bhavik Siddhpura (The Visa Man), Director – First Step Overseas, Krejci Milos, Head of School – School of Business, Prague, and Krish Mishra, Admission Representative.
One of the main highlights of the session was the unique advantages offered by the Czech Republic for Indian students — including admission opportunities without IELTS, an affordable annual fee structure of Rs. 2 to Rs. 4 lakh, low cost of living, part-time work options up to 40 hours per week, spouse visa options, acceptance of academic gaps, and a high visa success rate. Students completing their studies also become eligible for post-study work permits ranging from 1 to 4 years, followed by the opportunity to apply for Permanent Residency (PR), making it a strong pathway for long-term career growth.
Explaining why Ahmedabad was selected as a key location for this seminar, Bhavik Siddhpura (The Visa Man) said:
“For the last nine years, Ahmedabad has been one of the most active cities for Europe study aspirants. Students here show a strong interest in overseas education, and we already have many success stories of students who have settled in Europe. Their references help guide new applicants. This seminar is a golden opportunity for students to receive accurate information and trustworthy guidance.”

Representing the European side, Krejci Milos, Head of School – School of Business, Prague, shared:
“The Czech Republic is known for its quality education, modern campuses and strong industry linkages. Indian students are hardworking and practical, and they are performing extremely well here. We wish to welcome more Indian students to take advantage of these opportunities.”
Speaking about admissions and course preferences, Krish Mishra, Admission Representative, added:
“Gujarati students generally prefer fields such as IT, Engineering, Business, Healthcare and Hospitality. Students with strong profiles may also receive scholarships or join exchange programmes in countries like the UK, USA, Australia and Canada. This seminar helps students choose the right academic pathway for their future.”
The seminar saw the participation of around 12 graduate and currently enrolled students, along with working professionals exploring affordable international education options. Attendees also had the opportunity to interact directly with students and parents currently living in Europe to understand real-life experiences.
This initiative serves as a meaningful effort to open global career pathways for students in Ahmedabad and guide them towards a promising international future.
